Never feel like I'm being unneccesarily uphold products or features I don't need, but they do offer helpful insights on all purchases. They're also the only shop I trust to service my snowboard and make sure to tell everybody who asks for A recommendation. The got a pretty nasty gouge out of my Sims board last season and it looked like new when I picked it up.

Brought in my wakeboard I bought 5 years ago, small issue with the binding strap and Steven fixed it in no time with spare pieces lying around, free of charge. Awesome customer service strongly recommend this place to everyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to hunt for ski pants for men and women last Friday.
I got woman ski pants from Picture. They look great quality. Unfortunately for man ski pants did not work just because of the size with the body.
We should not be there before the shop would be closing soon in a half an hour but a staff was very patient with us. And his assistance and knowledge were helpful.
It is better than going to flagship stores, which sometimes customer service can be unpredictable.
