N	Nathan Bagherian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been living here for one year and it's been mostly a positive experience. This morning I was parked in a spot designated by Ed (concierge) because someone parked in my spot last night. I was leaving for work, and I couldn't get my car out of the parking lot because the snow plow pushed the snow onto the side of my car. I've had multiple problems with Ed. I could be wrong, but usually when someone parks in your spot they message everyone in the building to move their car or else they will be moved. No email was sent, maybe because it was night time, I'm not sure what the circumstances are before they have to notify everyone. Now I'm really late to work and, I'm paying $40 for a 10 minute drive.This scenario wouldn't bother me as much, but paying $135+ for parking and this happening isn't right. Aside from this experience and a couple others due to Ed, it's been a nice place to live. I would recommend Liv to anyone.

We were very keen on renting a unit in the building. The amenitites are amazing, the units were gorgeous, but we weren't sold on the neighbourhood unfortunately. Not a con per say, but do your research. Photos attached are of the Byron and Gladstone suites. very night, high end furnishings, and balconies! Loved the windows! If you fit the criteria, you'll love the LIV apartments. Sadly, they just weren't perfect for us.

All my questions were answered within minutes via email or over the phone. I cannot wait to move into this beautiful amazing place. When the unit we were looking at was rented to another tenant, he was more than willing to help us find another unit in the same building. We are so appreciative of him working with us and cannot wait to move into our new home!

Richard Wasserman, Community Relations Coordinator, has been a tremendous help, answering questions and providing support even after office hours and on the weekend. He has been very generous with his time and attention to ensure I have a smooth move-in experience. All the people who work at Liv have been very helpful and welcoming to me. The building (including the units) is very cleverly designed and beautifully maintained. It’s clean, safe and quiet. The location is also very convenient. I look forward to calling Liv my home for years to come.

They said room service is every 2 weeks. And I also had to ask for paper roll, sheets and towels every other day because they came with just 1 each time. It was quite frustrating. Will I go back there or recommend Liv? Yes I would recommend Liv.

We spent a month searching for the perfect apartment for my daughter who will be attending university in Ottawa in the fall. It is rather difficult to search when everything has to be done virtually due to us being in another province. Sydney was fantastic and simplified this process for us. We virtually viewed three different units with Sydney and she gave us advice on which unit she thought was most suited based on my daughters needs. She was truly excited for my daughter and ensured her that this will be a great place for her to meet new people and explained how there are events held every week that will provide her with this opportunity. As a newcomer to the city, this along is a selling point for the property.

Was not impressed with their handling of the leak in the ceiling of our room, two days before checking out (no offer to move us, or compensate for the impact it had on our stay). However I would still recommend LIV apartments if you’re looking for accommodations for an extended stay.
