Artista Flats - CLV Group

David made the apartment hunt easy and Kirsten guided us seamlessly through the leasing procedure. The unit has nice modern finishes and appliances, and a good central location for city living.

My experience with CLV Group (Sarah Wanjon) was absolutely wonderful. In December (2013), I was searching frantically for a new apartment as a last-minute decision. When I took to Kijiji to inquire about a one-bedroom apartment that interested me, I was promptly responded to by Sarah Wanjon from CLV Group. My questions were thoroughly answered, and Sarah offered to show me the apartment of interest the very next day. When I went to go see it, Sarah met me there right on time and was extremely friendly and personable from the outset. She was very easy to talk to, addressed my concerns in a friendly and reassuring manner, and answered the (many) questions I came up with. Additionally, Sarah guided me to make sure that I would stick to a realistic budget, offered insightful advice regarding my potential relocation, and thoroughly explained the procedures we would go through should I choose to rent the apartment of interest. I soon decided that it was the perfect place for me, and Sarah was amazing in getting the necessary documents and paperwork together at very short notice. Sarah even picked me up one day at my former apartment and drove me to the office to sign papers (in the middle of a blizzard!), and later drove me to the Carleton campus to study for my exam. Additionally, Sarah willingly agreed to talk with my mom on the phone in order to directly address her individual concerns and answer her many questions. My mom informed me that her phone conversation with Sarah was absolutely wonderful--insightful, informative and exceptionally friendly. My mom told me that Sarah reassured her that the property in question was suitable to my wants and needs, provided information regarding the building and location, and addressed my mom's concerns regarding many aspects of the apartment and neighbourhood. We will forever be grateful for Sarah and CLV group. Without the excellence, proficiency and professionalism of this company, coupled with Sarah's outstanding care and services, I do not believe I would have found myself a new apartment in such short notice. I really do not think that any other company or property manager could have brought this all together for me in such a small amount of time, at such a busy time of the year. Thankful does not begin to describe how I feel about my experience with Sarah and CLV group as a whole. Everything fell into place perfectly and I have only this excellent company and property manager to thank!

I've been living in this building for a few years now and I'm a very happy tenant. Not only is the location great, but the unit itself is a nice size for a single person (or a couple). The cleaning staff are extremely friendly and will always wish you a good day while you're on your way to work or class. While historically, some of the previous building managers were more difficult to get in contact with, the current building manager is extremely present and helpful. Not only did we get brand new toilets last year, but the green bin program was also implemented. Any time there has been an issue in my unit, it has been fixed within 24-48 hours, which I understand can be a rarity in apartment living! All in all, these units are great to live in!

Most importantly to me, I felt like I was at home when I walked into the apartment. From the new flooring, fresh paint, new appliances and layout, I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend these units to anyone looking for an upgrade in their life. Kirsten, the Rental Agent that I dealt with from the start, was always there to support me and answered all questions with a sense of urgency and care. I couldn't thank her enough for the hard work and support she gave me throughout this entire process. It's obvious from the moment you first walk up to the building that the CLV cares about their building and the tenants that live within it. Without a doubt the best experience I've had since moving to Ottawa and well worth the price point.

I have recently moved into this building, while physical distancing measures have been in place. The CLV group was wonderful and we were able to complete the leasing process all online. Brooke was especially helpful throughout this entire process. She answered all my questions about this property and others within the CLV group. She also was able to arrange for me to go and see the apartment alone and she was available by phone to answer any questions. Very happy to be renting with them and hope to continue to have such positive experiences!

I was looking to move out into my own place and had visited Artista Flats recently to check it as an option. It was a lovely place, but I was looking for some other things I needed, so I was still in search. Then, I met with an issue at my current place and was exploring all options to move immediately. Erin McEvoy, the leasing associate was so prompt, courteous, helpful and genuinely caring and understanding of my situation, making the process of signing a lease super fast. Unfortunately, I ran into problems that basically forced me to turn this down, but their kindness is what stuck to me. Definitely recommend going through this if you can.

Such a great experience! The CLV group, and Brooke, in particular were exceptional at helping us find our first apartment. Professional, considerate and always available to answer any questions we had! Overall, very happy with the service they provided us :) Would happily recommend to anyone who wants a smooth and easy move in process.

The units are newly renovated, management is very responsive. Ashley from CLV was so helpful and nice, she explained everything (since my husband and I are newcomers we had a lot of questions), she even answered on her days off. Great experience. Very thankful for Ashley’s help! As a first time renter it was a veryyy good experience.
