★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peter was so sweet and the team was amazing! I went in for a quote to fix my bumper after receiving a quote of almost $900 to replace it; I was assuming it would be a similar price. I was there for about 10 minutes when the mechanic came out and told me it was fixed! They fixed my bumper that was quoted to me as a right off! I Couldn’t be happier! Would highly recommend they are honest people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed some large scratches fixed on the rear passenger side door of my Mazda 3. They did an immaculate job and I couldn't be happier with their work. They also fixed a small dent and gave the car a quick cleaning for free. It was also very fairly priced at $950 (dealership and other body work places were quoting me $1200-$1500).
Honestly, this place is the best for both value and quality of work. The staff is also very friendly, and gave me a brief overview of what needed to be done when I showed them the damage.
You'll likely need to book weeks in advance (I had to), which is understandable with how good they are.
You can have peace of mind when bringing your vehicle here for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is so refreshingly honest, not-greedy and the quality of the work is exceptional. I was quoted $7k from a corporate body shop, they wanted to replace roof panels, both bumpers etc. Scottys quoted me less than $3K in just a few minutes and stuck to their estimate.. everything was repaired rather than replaced, and looks like new now. Definitely the best bang for your buck, fast, friendly honest service and great quality of work. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been calling around Ottawa to get quotes in order to fix a scraped bumper on my new vehicle and in my search I either received no call back or a quote for an exorbitant amount. That was until I had the pleasure of dealing with Fred at Scotty's Auto Body Ltd. I saw the Google reviews for Scotty's and the reviews were stellar. I decided to give them a call and spoke to Fred - who was extremely helpful in providing his contact information and a quick quote, which was exceptional and honest. I dropped the car off in the morning and received it back that very afternoon and I was honestly so impressed with the quality of the job. It looked even newer than when I had originally purchased it. I would definitely recommend chatting with Fred for any and all of your paint and auto body needs, he's fantastic and honest. And even called me to tell me how the repairs were progressing. No surprises or shoddy workmanship these guys care! - car looked brand new & gleaming clean when I picked up. Will definitely, use Scotty's for all my auto body needs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can’t recommend these guys enough, wouldn’t go anywhere else in town. I’ve been 3 times, most recently had some front end work needing a new bumper, headlight and hood alignment. Fred was amazing at keeping in touch with me throughout the repairs, and was able to get the parts at exceptional prices. Labour was more than fairly priced (as always) and they even fixed some unexpected damage behind the bumper at no extra charge. If you need any sort of body/paint/general repair done these are the guys, they have an appreciation for cars and always take the time to ensure you get your vehicle back just the way you want it. Oh and they always return the car freshly washed :)
