G	Grace Kellie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an appointment with Bloomfields Flowers a few weeks ago for a consultation for my wedding. Unfortunately the experience was not pleasant. Despite the fact that Bloomfields actually came highly recommended. Firstly, they had to cancel my appointment with less than a days notice (after it had been requested months ago). However, it was a lot of back and forth after that to find another time that suited us both. After that when I met with them in person and explained my vision for my wedding and budget I could tell I had lost Virginia's interest. I got the impression my budget was not as large as they are used to?? I felt like a second class citizen after nicely asking that when they send me the quote they include pricing so I could decide where to cut and keep some things in order to have a beautiful wedding and not break the bank. It was explained to me that what I wanted would be "well over" my budget. Additionally, they do not provide delivery services outside the city limits. I wish this could have been communicated before we met as I included the location of my wedding in my initial email. Virginia said I would have a quote for the flowers by the end of the week. That was over 2 weeks ago. I never got my quote. Luckily, I had a fantastic experience at Mill Street Florist in Manotick and will be retaining their services for my wedding.

Vanessa was incredible at listening and understanding the somewhat vision that I had, her ability to create such a beautiful bouquet and decipher the bit of information and pictures I provided her with truly exceeded my expectations! Hands down my favorite flower shop in the city, so happy that my friend recommended Vanessa and Bloomfields Flowers to me, thank you times a million for making our special day that much better!
S	Susan Grimes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is third time with them I have a sister in law that sends flowers from Miami 1&2 time no card thankfully I was pretty sure who they were from 1st order cut flowers 2/3 dead in 3 days ! 2nd Xmas all greens I could have cut in back yard with a blue candle not one flower! 3rd my birthday ugly arrangement mostly greens dead received Sat completely dead on Thursday I worked in flower shop for 7 years so I do know a bit about flowers and arrangements will never recommend very disappointing I have tulips from grocery store that have lasted 9 days so far I know for a fact she has paid dearly!

We ordered by phone a 'designer's choice' bouquet. The colors, flora, and size designed & delivered were stunning. A very unique feel of a lush garden....in a bouquet! ❤️Bloomfields.

After the May, 2022 storm that hit Ottawa we were left scrambling for a a bridal bouquet and boutonniere for our wedding as our initial florist appeared to be closed due to the storm. The day before our wedding I called Bloomfield's, who I was pleasantly surprised were able to accommodate my very last minute request. The flowers they prepared were absolutely beautiful and unique. Thank you Bloomfield's!

They even went to lengths to get South Africa's national flower for me - the protea. I am extremely grateful for their efforts. All the bouquets were beautiful, but the bridal one was beyond spectacular! I couldn't recommend this florist more!
