★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is thee WORST KFC in Calgary. Why hasn’t Calgary Health Services gone to this place. The food is always STALE. Always. I tried it again like a fool and I asked for fresh and it was still stale. The fries were the only thing hot. My wrap was stale. The chicken strips was stale. The lettuce was awful and it had a weird smell! I didn’t eat it. Health Services, shut this place down. It’s in awful shape, I wouldn’t be surprised if mice are inside. The staff clearly don’t love there job. 89% of the reviews are negative. Shut this place down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order was missing a two items. Didnt notice the missing items until 10 min away so didnt bother going back as we are from out of town. And the cashier at the drive through refused to give me cups of water for my kids. Said they could only give me one Styrofoam cup of water even though I spent 40 dollars at the restaraunt. Very interesting experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today, I ordered zinger combo with an upgrade of poutine and small popcorn chicken. I paid around $22 on the site after being in line for 30 minutes. I got half of poutine that we normally gets in order. Was very shameful and poor performance. As per the staff, they were short staffed and don't know why employer is not ready to hire more staff. Just felt like cheapest KFC location ever. Not recommending this location to anyone. Paid so much to wait for 35 min and got half of the order.

I ordered couple plant based sandwiches and What I received was stale and cold sandwich. I thought it might be a mistake from them so I went inside and gave them my feedback very politely.
There response was amazing. Mr. Manager or Owner said “I think you are trying this for the 1st time and you don’t know it’s taste as it always comes like this”.
I left my sandwich’s on his counter and left.
I have tried these sandwiches every other KFC and they make them so fresh and crispy. Don’t know what is wrong with this location.
Not coming back to them but I know they won’t care. Show respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered Plant Based Burger today at 9:00 pm through skip the dishes. The burger packaging was very poor. Patty was as hard as rock it seemed like the patty was expired. There was fungus on the bread and the burger was cold. I am very unsatisfied with this order. Please improve your service and train your staff to treat guests well. Please and thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fries taste like shoe laces and just as tough. They couldn't even put the gravy in a container. It ended up in a cup. Yes I have plenty of pictures. Potato salad is garbage. Just call it uncooked potato and mayonnaise, the 14 piece I ordered ended up being a 12 piece. Why??? Because counting in Iraq doesn't matter I guess. Chicken was drier than the desert and tougher than a night in jail. Gross. Never again
