★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shawarma is extremely dry no taste, the bbq chicken is really without any taste and the wrapes are worst. These guys need to learn alot for this kind of food, but they don't care about quality and customer's but they care about making money.???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was good the rice and the potatoes were my favorite but I did find the beef and chicken to be on the drier side. If you add the sauce to them it does make it easier to eat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time to go there. Food was late or they might have forgotten about us, it took 3 staff members to finally get things in place. Food was great but the kabob meal had tough meat unfortunately didnt enjoy that. Staff were amazing to recognize the issue of meal being late worked extra hard to get things done as quickly as possible and definitely took our critique seriously and they were very apologetic. I would definitely go back there despite the experience we had. Great professional staff!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lava Grill operates out of the same location as Boardwalk Burgers on 32 Ave. NE. I got the mixed Shawarma plate which consisted of chicken and beef shawarma meat over rice with a side of hummus, salad and half a pita. It was $13.99 including a drink. As to quantity of food you definitely get your value. I found the meat lacked flavour and was quite dry. I expect lots of different spices but only got a hint of maybe nutmeg and clove. Service was good and I received my order in less than 10 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a regular customer because the Staff is very Friendly, the Menu is excellent, and the Food itself is the Very Best! They have a special recipe for their famous Fries, and the Burgers are made fresh each day. They make my orders quickly and correctly every time, and it tastes like the best possible home made food!
They simply make the best Burgers and Fries in Calgary!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to order! I needed a catered meal. It was ready for the time promised with a discount of 25%. Everything was a success! I would suggest an option with some hot sauces on the side as the food was very good but a little mild for some ethnicities…. :)
