★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The chain has made changes to their hamburger patties. Smaller, thinner and tastes like carboard. We asked the employees what happened. They told me to post complaint on website. Don't waste your money. So disappointing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In an old Arby's where the inside door did not close ten years ago, and still doesn't, the dissapointment begins. One of their menu screens was off or burnt out, one coke machine had no ice, and as it turned out no carbonation. I felt for the one clerk having to take and fill orders for the front desk, couriers and drive thru, trooper was hanging in there doing her level best. The cross cut fries were so thick they were barely cooked through, and the burger was nothing special, equal to or lower than DQ. I had higher hopes, will not return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ohh my my, the first time going there they had kick butt coupons and I'd heard nothing but good things. I was blown away by the chicken! Chicken strips there are to die for ( best fast food strips hands down) the staff at this joint are speedy with ease. I work close by and im super excited that I have a new go to berger joint!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for a quick bite with the wife, the food was boring, the place was empty and the staff looked unhappy to see someone walk in let alone order something.. I don't expect much at a fast food joint but I can honestly say I won't be back. 2 stars because it was boring food and it felt odd being in a restaurant at 6pm with 0 other people and staff just bored.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hawaiian burger was okay. However, I got fries that were cold. Also, there wasn't much food for $13.11. I think I would try a different place if staying in the area in the future.
