About Cardiai Inc

We are partnering with the charitable clinic ‘CHARM Clinic of Calgary’ and ‘DIL Walk Foundation’ to assess the patient needs closely and understanding their expectations from any health care organization. We are providing education and support for Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) patients, CardiAI™ connects an increasing number of CHF patients with their supervising CHF clinic. CardiAI™ leverages clinical resources by implementing secure messaging and symptom tracking. Including integration with wearable devices, such as Apple Watch and Fitbit, collects valuable data for CHF patient analysis. Centralizing a source for pertinent patient data enables clinics to implement evidence-based medicine. CardiAI™ is now extending further into AI-assisted triage of patients, including lab analysis and predicted incident reporting.

After requesting a test for travel purposes back to China, they erroneously reported my test, forcing me to rebook a flight, costing personal expenses of over 500 CAD. Refused to refund the value of the test, which was a fraction of the costly mistake that I had to bear on behalf of their staff.

My PCR test appointment was scheduled just about 24 hours before my departure for a long trip. I was nervous whether the report would ready before I would have to head to the airport. I contacted their Calgary office after hours. Dr. Raman Kaul responded and took time to explain me how it works and assured me the test results would be released less than 12 hours. Of course, it happens. The results were released in about 4 hours later. Why I give 5 stars?…if there were more stars, I’d definitely give 100%. Best customer care, went beyond my expectations, made me feel comfortable until the process is completed, the employees are very pleasant and truly cared for us, no delays-super time management, easy to find the location and has ample parking.

Horrible experience. Had to call to obtain my tests results as they weren’t email on time. They sent the wrong reports, basically told me I was negative and then twenty minutes later I was told I was positive. How does this actually happen? The wrong provincial health authority called me after this “positive” test. A complete waste of money, avoid at all cost if possible.

Got a positive test by mistake for my mother in law waiting to go to China. Then they changed it to negative but said we should come in for another one. It's been 25 hours and no reply , my mother in law sick with worry not knowing if she can travel back to China or not.

Ridiculously unprofessional, inefficient, confused and they have a serious lack of communication. A month ago, we booked an appointment at IDA Pharmacy (Bonaventure branch) for our pre-departure Antigen Test for yesterday. We even spoke a few times with CardiAI over email AND call to reschedule the appointment as travel restrictions kept changing. When we arrived at IDA after a 25 minute drive, the receptionist was confused and told us they don’t do this anymore. We waited around for 15 minutes to be told by the pharmacist later that they haven’t been with CardiAI for 3 months already! Yet their pharmacist is still listed on CardiAI’s site - why? AND they did not update us of this at all in all our correspondence via phone / email, even up to just a few days ago of this change. Meaning that the CardiAI Customer Service team is probably not even aware of this. We had to drive another half hour to CardiAI’s actual lab (that’s petrol and time we wasted), where no one was the front desk to receive people. No greeting or apology was offered at all either and worse, nobody asked for ID verification!! They simply wrote down my partner’s name as she gave it (they already had my name since I’m the one who made the booking); I was the one who had to ask / remind them to take our passport details at the end since it was for travel purposes. Plus I was overcharged for the tests at almost $40 per test (which I had already paid for), only to find out it’s $28 on-site. Perhaps this got changed recently but I felt quite shortchanged especially given the entire fiasco. Absolutely terrible - find somewhere else better.

Would not recommend. Booked a test at the Winnipeg Airport for two people. Testing was friendly and good service. We were told that our results would come back the next day before 5. We waited and did not get our results by then… This is not the type of service you’d expect if you are paying over $300 for two PCR tests. Very disappointed. Tried to phone Winnipeg location to see what was going on and no one answered the phone.

I booked a Covid test and was told it would be from my car. I was willing to pay the extra money they charge for the convenience of being able to stay in my car. When I arrived there was no parking area as described, they did not answer the phone. I was forced to go inside and line up with over 20 people (all with the same appointment time). We were told to social distance but there was no room to accommodate all the people waiting with any space between us. Then when collection time came I was instructed to do my own nasal swab with no opportunity to clean my hands before hand. This is unacceptable and a complaint will be lodged with AHS and the City of Calgary.
