I had a deep cut on my hand from work and as soon as i arrived the nurse immediately started to take my information down and went right into stitching up my hand. Maribel, the nurse who was looking after me was polite, friendly, and just a professional. She addressed my injury in a timely matter and i would recommend going to medicentre.

My experiences here haven't been terrible, but haven't been great either, just okay. Doctors don't seem to give much information or spend much time talking about my health or concerns. I wait forever in the lobby and usually speak with the doctor for less than 5 minutes.

I had contact with three members of staff and they were all professional, courteous, and friendly. Gabriel cleaned up my wound and Dr. Mir was my physician. I don't typically go to a walk-in clinic, but I wouldn't hesitate to go there again.

I waited in line 10 minutes before I was told that. It seems they are truly not the walk in clinic they claim to be but more focused on appointments. I have literally been going there for years on an as need basis and have NEVER been turned away, especially with a sick child. Clearly you are no longer about the patient, even a sick child. Will do my best to let everyone know not to come there ever, there are much better clinics out there that don't turn away the patients that are their business. Change your name from a walk in clinic, you are clearly not that anymore.

L	Laura Gillis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Robyn Grobler is by far, the best family doctor in the city. She sits with you and listens rather than having one foot out the door the whole time. I never feel rushed by her, and if she doesn't have an answer she contacts someone who does so that my son and I can get the best care possible. She is thorough and professional, and my one-year-old loves her. No matter where I move in the city, I will always insist on seeing Dr. Grobler. I'm so glad we found her!
G	G M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an appointment at a certain time to just sit there in the lobby and wait for 20 minutes like I was a walk in patient. That's not the problem though it is the doctor that I seen, he didn't listen to a word I said he kept interrupting me every time I would try and speak, gave me a prescription and sent me on my way in less then 5 minutes! Very very very unprofessional to say the least. I am not satisfied with anything he told me and I am currently headed to see a different doctor for real advice ! I don't recommend this place to anyone! You are better off going ten minutes further away for more professional advice.
L	Liegh Moore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would love to give zero stars, but it doesn't let you. Made an APPOINTMENT for an pre employment questionnaire. Should take 5 minutes. Doc was 45 minutes late, just to tell me that walk in clinics don't do those. I told him that I always get them done at walk in clinics, and he said "well I don't do them, then". Obviously, as it only costs $40, and he can't bill a fortune for it through insurance, it's not worth the 5 minutes, after he wasted my entire hour. So much for ethics. Garbage doctor. Did the thing an hour later at a different walk in clinic with no problems. Thanks for nothing.
