★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been trying to have my policy changed for more than 6 weeks now. Barbara hasn't gotten anything correct, and hasn't communicated with me at all unless I send her multiple emails about the same issue. I am beyond frustrated with this company and am almost at the point where I will actively discourage others away from it. Idk why simple tasks are so difficult for this company but even getting someone to call you back , update an address or take funds on the correct date is a painful experience. I absolutely have nothing positive to say about this company... the level of "assistance" I have received from the broker Barbara is troubling

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Met supervisor for the brokerlink in Northeast Calgary Lindsey Taylor and she is a racist horrible person. She refuses to help minorities calling them annoying.
Do better and fire her! She needs to be held accountable for her actions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Willing to help you sign and then jack up the price. I was quoted $273 and then ended up paying $456 after signing. Trying to get ahold of someone after is extremely difficult. Took me 12 attempts to cancel.
I would suggest continuing your search else where because so far after being stuck with them for a year, I am not impressed with how they operate.
I have got an extremely lower rate than what I was previously signed up for with BrokerLink. (Lower than what I was quoted for)
Good Riddance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been with brokerlink for just about 7 years and it has been nothing but an unpleasant experience to say the least. I could never get ahold of my actual broker. I’ve been getting charged an arm and leg for the most basic coverage with extremely poor service. Quite a shame. About a year ago, they missed taking money from my account so I phoned in to see if there were any issues and whatnot and was told “everything is fine and that there is nothing to worry about”. Little did I know they would take a double payment after a month or so went by. I was quite unhappy when this happened and I phoned in and spoke to the manager and to my surprise I was told it was my fault. I had done my due diligence in reaching out to them. I was being charged $50 a month just for parking insurance. If that is not a red flag, I’m not too sure what is. I would NOT recommend this insurance company to anyone. After 7 years I would hope that they would value a loyal customer but they do not.
I would not recommend this place to anyone who likes to talk to their broker or who likes to have a good insurance company. Wish I could rate lower than 1 star...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There’s a reason this place has been gifted only a 2.5 rating , and “gifted” is a generous term. I was given a quote about 2 weeks ago for 1800$ yearly today I spoke to them over the phone not once but twice and it was jacked up to 2500$. Funny how my rate can be lowered in the middle of the year and they will have no problem helping me all I have to do is pay my cancellation fee which is totalled up throughout the remaining months in which I choose to default. But when my policy comes to an end it goes through the roof, I know people with more accidents & tickets paying less than I do, wait here’s the good part, I checked online through a site called Lowestrates.ca and I was given a quote of 144$ a month. I’ll be shopping hard this week because I refuse to go back to these scam artists . They make me sick

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give no star but wont let me post it .Be careful when dealing with this company.they have Been overcharging me for months and when I called in the office I was told everything was going to be done as they were behind with covid.try getting hold ifaccount manager ? will not even to call you back.when I had asked for a refund and they ended up not wanting to renew my account and just took a free way not to refund me my money it.how can companies like this get away from ripping people off and than not return the money.the office guys were very racist
