★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whoa! Left my first class at Stax and what a great experience. Sarah the instructor was amazing!! Great vibes the whole class. Salina was so kind to help me set up my bike and explain everything to me as it was my first class. Everyone working there seem so happy to be working there. Other spin studios feel so intimidating but not here. 10 stars if I could!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was going to Stax consistently for about 1 year before Covid hit and was loving the in-person experience. I have a bike at home and am hooked to their online offerings now. Their Stax-On-Demand classes are just as amazing as their in person ones and I love that I can ride live OR just pull it up when I have time. They have also expanded their offering to include circuit style workout that don't require a bike! They are such a good workout and alternative to not being in a gym.
10/10 would recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to many spin studios and I think Stax is the best one in the city. Easy access with an adjacent good size FREE parking lot They've got everything right! Instructors are brilliant- great sound tracks, awesome energy. They bring on a fantastic and fun workout. The bikes are high quality and easy to custom set. The acoustics is perfect- music is loud, but not kill your eardrums loud, and the instructors don't have to scream at you to be heard over the music! The studio is in a newer building so the ventilation is perfect, keeping the studio temperature steady and comfortable. As well, the change room is spacious and super clean. The lockers, which are full sized to accommodate all your things, have combination locks so you don't need to bring your own. If you're an advanced spinner you'll love it. If you're a beginner or have never done it before, you'll love it. I recommend Stax Cycle Club to everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ one of my fav place to spin in Calgary. Great energy, instructors, playlist. I never once felt intimidated since coming here. The bikes are different from other studios. They feel more sturdy, I would say this would be the Ferrari of spin bikes while the other places are like Honda’s, both gets you from A to B it all depends on what you prefer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stax Cycle Club has a reputation for having some of the best instructors in the city and for being one of the most approachable, and we are so happy to say that our experience did not disappoint. This very simple spin studio has the most interesting layout that we've been to yet, and their iconic blue hued spin room will make you feel like your at a rave circa 1992. Probably the biggest thing to note about Stax though, is that they have the lowest prices we've ever seen that include all amenities like spin shoes, towel service and steam room access. These guys are quite literally giving other spin studios a serious run for their money.

The staff are absolutely amazing, they take the time to show you how to set up a bike, they listen to you and your goals and help to push you to get there. Every instructor is very welcoming and genuinely care about you and your fitness goals, they even stick around after class to answer questions about spin and stretches and even just to chat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So yesterday I went to my first ever Stax spin class and I absolutely LOVED IT!! Alex Z was our instructor and she was so amazing, lots of good vibes and incredible music. She really knew how to get all us girls amped up and to keep pushing through the whole work out. After my first class I bought there presale deal because I couldn’t wait to go back. I left feeling so happy and so energetic. Best workout by far!!! You have to check them out ?
