★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best gym I’ve ever gone to, hands down. All the trainers are so friendly, from the first day there. Very welcoming to beginners and all ages. I’ve never exercised before, and now I go so many times a week to box and use their weight room. Great gym, great equipment, great price and great trainers. They have a lot of classes to choose from, and are more encouraging then working on your own.
Sam is such a friendly guy, and a great coach. He takes time to teach proper stance and moves. Angelos classes are very driven and fast paced. Alex is awesome. Going to try the chestermere location one day too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here's what I can say about this gym. I think it actually deserves the 5 stars it has. As someone who had been an elite athlete for 15+ years but is now a casual gym goer, I can bring either part of myself on any given day and feel like I'm in the right spot. That's a big compliment for me. Not a lot of gyms can have that balanced as well.
For me personally I'm more comfortable around other professional athletes, and they have that here. But at the same time its not intimidating at all for newcomers because they treat everyone with respect. And that's how you know they're legit, when they know no one is above anyone. Better athlete? Sure. But equal human beings.
What it really is though is the big man upstairs. He sets the tone, as is the case at any club of any sport. And the tone is top tier. You'll understand that when you've spent time there. I'm usually a quiet guy I'll keep to myself if no one talks to me, but I can still feel the good vibe.
