To join this class, you must be invited by the instructor.
Our fight team meets multiple times a week to specifically prepare our fighters for their fights and competitions.
Team practice is a highly intensive time both in a physically demanding sense and technique wise.
These practices are specifically designed for the professional and amateur fighters of the gym, to ensure that the athletes are well prepared, and equipped appropriately to display their skill in the ring or cage and secure victory.
The health and safety of the fighters is our main priority, which is why we provide the highest level of technical and physical training, time and planning.

When he gives instructions in class it’s like being in university, there is science behind every kick and punch . Also the classes are very pumped up with a lot of good energy. It always seems to be like a great group of people there, and there is a mix of girls and guys. They really push you hard, and help develop your skills in a safe and friendly environment.

Right from the moment we walked in, Jake and Christa made us feel at ease and gave us a transparent breakdown of what to expect. And the training was phenomenal - You can really see Jake's mastery not just as a martial artist but also as a teacher, coach and mentor. The drills are always unique and never boring and really push you to experience a workout that is like no other. Definitely worth it!
