N	Neel Paul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store really deserve 0 star. I called this branch and the girl who received my phone told me that she is transferring my call to mortgage specialist. But just after 2/3 sec, she actually hung up the phone. If it was mistakenly, shouldn't she have called me later? My question to the fluently spoken girl, how would she felt if she was denied to get any service anyplace?
J	Jade M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lost my bank card for the first time ever. Ran to my branch for a replacement. There was 5 people in line. A teller came out and told me that they were closed soon and wouldnt be able to help me. I told her i just lost my card and i needed money and a replacement card. She said i would have to come back Monday. I left the line and went to my car. By the time i drove away she let two other people join the line. Guess they just didnt want to help me specifically...or others peoples issues were more important. Poor service.
B	Bluejay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The acting manager(Melacoly?) in the Village square branch or RBC 52nd St.is not helping very well, she is very afraid of her boss Natalie(who is on vacation now) to know everything about your complains, justifying her job and acting her management is perfect. So much care about her position but not her company and the clients. Well girl because of you we will close all of our accounts in RBC. Trusting this branch was totally nightmare, she will answering you I DON'T KNOW all the time(playing safe). She will just passing you to other department for your complains. Obviously she don't deserve her job and position, don't know how to handle it. Goodluck RBC for having her. Very poor service.
S	Sam P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very horrible experience here. I was here for my atm withdrawal and Chinese girl outside she thinks she owns the bank and it was very rude toward their customers. I don’t bank with RBC I was here to use ABM as a delivery courier it was near towards my destination. Hopefully management should look after their staff. She was screaming without any point and everyone knows current situation. Hope she looses her job soon. Guys please avoid this branch at any cost and you will find good supporting branch in SW Calgary. I advice all delivery drivers please don’t use this branch. I request branch manager to look in to this your front line staff is always miss behaving with customers and they are really rude. Hope I can give -0 rating to this branch but Google is not allowing me to rate anything below 1 star. Very disgusting service. Thank god I don’t bank with RBC.
J	James Graham on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Village Square branch isn't horrible. But RBC's client service in general has been falling off in recent years. They used to be helpful, but due to poor service we've gradually moved all of our banking services (mortgage, investments, etc.) out of RBC. I have a business account and personal account with them - until I cancel them later this week anyways. There's no advantage to having both your business and personal accounts with RBC. They're two separate banks. Unfortunately, there's not an option to rank zero out of 5 stars.
S	Shoppingpage andfavorites on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish you have zero star, very disappointed to the ACTING manager in village square branch, came this week and not happy in their service, she is ACTING that she knows what she's doing but she's not, also ACTING like the owner of the bank. Very poor in communicating with the clients, you need more ears than your mouth, learn how to listen to your clients than talking a lot chatty acting manger. You deserve your acting title. Everyone don't come to this branch, you will regret it.

I have been banking with this exact same branch since I was 15yrs old, now in my 30’s and not once have I ever had a negative experience with any of the employees. I come here once a month and never have I had any rude employees or communication issues. I have however seen CLIENTS lose their minds the second THEY (client) doesn’t understand the terms/conditions they agreed upon or are not able to get their way and want employees to break their policies to accommodate their unrealistic wants/expectations. The only minor inconvenience I have experienced is that their online page doesn’t display accurate open/close times or it says open but it’s only the ATM’s that were available. Other than that I have been very happy with the quality of service I have continuously been receiving.
J	Julie Rosalie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it is sooooo bad i wanna give you a zero but that's not possible so I'll give you a one. worst branch I've been to idek where to start, the employees don't care about their customers show no empathy or sympathy towards customers situation. they only care about getting paid and getting things done so customers would leave. they don't try to do anything to make your experience easier or care about how the situation might impact your life. they just straight upp don't care about their customers and the hijabi manager was very rude didn't wanna help but helped because it was her job, she had an attitude the whole time .she made accusations instead of doing her research on customers before speaking about the situation. she isn't fit to be a manager with that attitude. but they still have some amazing workers though
