★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional. The owner does not keep his service commitments, lacks knowledge in repairs on iMac computers. Came in with a diagnosis on the computer direct from the Apple store was still charged a service for the same diagnosis and a repair that he did not know how to complete. While writing down on MY copy of the invoice what he claimed was the problem, he ripped the invoice from my hands and crumbled the paper. A lesson in customer service, honesty and integrity is in order for this business owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever go to this place. total RIP OFF!!! The so called technician is learning himself and teaching his wife and son.(VERY UNPROFESSINAL) As soon as you take your laptop he charges you $40 saying that its company policy. Than he tells you he will give you a call after he goes through it. so its uncertain when he will fix it. might take 1 week or 1 month. after 2-3 days he will give you a call telling that you have some other problems as well. he will give you a quote of around $200 to fix it. if you fix it I bet you will have some other problems arising in your computer within a week. Never go to this place if you have a minor issues with your laptop if you go get ready to throw the laptop after few days. I doubt it if this guy a real technician
Anyway on the positive side he has a lot of cheap I-phone batteries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped off my laptop for a diagnostic scan. The guy told me it would be $50 to run the scan which I agreed to. They never called me when they said that they would. I always had to call them to follow up about my computer. Eventually I got a call where the guy told me "I don't know maybe it's the motherboard or something". I don't think my expectations were too high but I thought that I would get a slightly more succinct and helpful answer. Now I feel like I wasted $50 and can't even trust the answer that I got.

as compared to another shop.
I like their service as they are friendly and professional.
I was confused with my phone, they fix software issue in 2 minutes while I was
talking and didn't charge me for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After my cat knocked over a glass of wine on to my laptop I needed to get my keyboard replaced. I was told to go and see Ricky and I was very glad I did. I had been sent to Mobile Depot first but the guys there never followed through with what they said they were going to do, which is how I discovered Ricky at Laptop Repair Depot. Ricky was very friendly and welcoming and looked into things right away and within 10 minutes my new keyboard was ordered. His prices were reasonable and I never felt that I was being taken advantage of. I will definitely go back to Ricky in the future if I need anything else done to my laptop. I highly recommend Ricky!

Above all the quality of work done is always excellent. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t go to this store it’s bad service and they charge without fixing and always give you excuses , it’s just wasting money and time . They charge me 50$ and they kept my laptop there for a month and whenever I call to pick it up he says the laptop it’s open if u want to get it so u have to close it by ur self but after all this time he said u have to change the motherboard around 600$ . But after I get it I google the problem and I fix it in 30 minutes, they just getting money but they don’t even check it .. so bad
