AMAZING SERVICE / CUSTOMER SERVICE & ALL THAT HAS TO DO WITH GIVING THE BEST REVIEW POSSIBLE !!! Starting from my experience at this location @ Calgary N.E. that fixed / solved took care of my issue & concern & made my service repair AWESOME!!! Complete professionalism & ultimate friendliness / polite & made myself feel welcomed & did whatever it took to appreciate my issue & business, my customer service / associate that took care of me was named , " MOSES " as he was absolutely awesome & so was the on duty manager & their service technician that completed & fixed my repair as he did it on the spot & was fantastic!!! Most recently had a TERRIBLE experience at the other location in Calgary at Dalhousie Station, # 167 , 5005 Dalhousie Drive NW , which I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NEVER to go to that specific location EVER / STAY AWAY from there !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't waste your money here ...We bought a mini keyboard there with extended warranty $20.00 not expensive. But good God it's not worth it !!! It doesn't work right they told me I have to wait until Monday to have a tech " look" at it to determine if it can be fixed and said it probably couldn't.....So why not replace it like any other normal store would!!!! Buy on Amazon it would be much easier!!!!! Over glorified geeks!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Dalhousie Memory Express has been mostly good over the last 15 years, but I wanted to take a moment and share a great experience I had. For the 3rd time in the last few months I stumbled upon a customer service experience that I am limited by only 5 stars to express my happiness. I feel bad it took 3 times to make me write something but I'd feel bad otherwise.
Jerry has, again, made the time to help answer all of my questions, inform me of all the technical demands and what I can expect of my purchase. He took the time to make sure my problems were solved and gave me top notch recommendations within my budget. I left this experience feeling like I'm legitimately getting what I need, uncommon in most of my sales experiences.
Top notch service Jerry, thank you. Ask for him! From now on I will. :)

Not only did they update the motherboard BIOS without me even asking, they also price matched at the best available price an item when it was discounted a couple days later. The items I ordered also arrived earlier than expected since they shipped them on the same day. Overall great experience, I would order from them again for sure.

Lots of parking spaces, excellent customer service, a neat store, and amazing workers. I was stunned by the service I received as a first-time customer. I had earlier left another store where the workers were not knowledgeable and unprofessional. I told my friend that I would always come to buy any computer and I.T accessories here.
