★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to get my phone fix becoz the sound is too weak even on full volume you can't hear it clearly when answering a call. But this tech. Said he changed the speaker but id didn't solved the problem. So i brought it back a few days to complain and he keep saying he changed the speaker i said it didn't solve the problem the sound is still too weak even turning the volume up. This shop has no knowledge about repair. You can change the speaker a million times and still too weak. Without checking the volume control or amplifier that might be the issue before going to the speaker he just changed the speaker without even testing if it really fixed dumb tech

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my surface pro fixed here last year, and in short they did a terrible job. It took over a month and a half for the device to be returned to me, and honestly I feel overcharged for the work they did. It cost me $400 to repair the screen and it honestly feels a lot worse than what it was initially. There is input delays and the screen can not register touch at times, there is a bulge in the power/button area and the headphone jack does not work anymore. When I called to ask when my device would be coming back, they always gave inaccurate answers.
I honestly do suggest you go anywhere else, because there is no quality in the repair and I really wish I went somewhere else to repair my laptop properly now.

My kid dropped water on my macbook, I gave it to Dr. Cell after 7 months, still they were able to revive it and made it better than before. I had great experience here and the charges are also reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to get my phone repaired, they tried to up the price from an hour before when I called. Went back a month later because I went from full service to really bad cell service and was told they only supply a 30 day warranty. Tried to explain I was at the hospital with my mom in hospice every day and couldn't make it it before then, but they didn't care. I've since discovered they broke some clips and my phone doesn't seal now and my camera and inside of my phone is full of dust. Would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a Samsung A70. A year or so ago I had big issues with my screen. I left it with them after a very reasonable quote. Went back 3 hours later.. they quoted 2 hours - couldn't get there for 3, was actually ready after 90 minutes as they called me. My next problem was my phone was not charging. Replaced the charging port... Very reasonable cost. Last evening my phone just quit.. not sure what happened.. I would only take to their shop. Was ready in less than an hour. I couldn't get there until 4pm. My phone was fixed & ready for me... and n/c.. Amazing shop... I recommend them 100%.
