★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped by yesterday and was told I need to scan the QR code taped to the plexiglass barrier to be served. So I stopped by again today and scan the QR code to be pot into a virtual queue. I came back to the kiosk when my phone said I was first in line to be served. When I was at the kiosk I tried to let sales people now that I had been notified that I was fist in line to be served. But instead of helping me they instead let other patrons that was standing there start to yell at me for trying to cut in front of them. Instead of trying to explain to the other patrons that there was a virtual queue the sale staff would rather have the other patrons dream and get nasty with me. What is the point of the virtual queue if you only want some people to use it and not others. And why wouldn’t the sales staff try to explain to the customers how the virtual queue works. If you don’t want people to use the virtual queue than why have it up. Maybe you could use better signage. But at the minimum at least explain to people that you I was using you queue system and not let people there just yell at me. I did decided to wait for everyone else to get served first before I was. If you don’t want to explain to everyone how the virtual queue works than just take it down and have people wait in line. Pick one or the other please.

I was waiting for Abraham, but he is not on duty today. Waste 3 hrs to get phone deal but guy on sales give me Apple 12 64GB in contract instead of 128GB as I order.

These guys had no time to take lunch and were super busy (I got my turn after 3 hours and 10mins) and yet is customer service was a 10 on 10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a phone there last week. The customer service person lied to me about getting the activation fee waved. I have now been brushed off by an additional 4 service people, I tried emailing the email address they asked me to and have not heard anything back from them.
All the kiosk people care about is their commission and will outright lie to get a sale. If there are any problems at all they are nearly impossible to have the situation righted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went on the last day of boxing day sale and Anoop was great in helping us out with deals on new phones and new plans. He answered all of our questions and explained the contracts and payments very clearly. It was very busy since it was the last day for some promotions but great service is worth the wait! Highly recommend for anyone looking for phone plans!
