I often buy tea from them .today , I went to buy a tea and asked for cream and honey in it ,when I was paying the lady who was making my tea ( grey hair) show me weird expression and gave me tea without cream and honey and behaved very rudely. I I went back and told them what I got .she showed me same kind of attitude I didn’t get it what’s wrong with her. I did not make comlain what she made, just asked for creamer.I paid for my tea it wasn’t free. I just wanna say Thank you for your service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love that there’s a drive-thru at this location as most other are located inside shopping malls.
Prompt and accurate service both in person and via delivery apps.
Don’t expect fancy latte art but I’ve found the flavours to be awesome and never disappoint. For cold drinks, there is pretty good variety of smoothies and fruit based. My favourite is their flash cold brew.
For coffee beans, I chose a nut flavour and the aroma of it was great and tasted great too when I brewed at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are great. I'm a serial skip order person and they package everything nicely and they read requests! I've asked for a note to be added when sending a coffee to my mum who needed a pick me up. They go above and beyond and continue to provide lovely and delicious items. In store is also nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice quaint and calm ambience inside this coffee shop. Baristas were all fast and precise with your orders. Drive-thru service is great since most Second Cups are all inside the malls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was our Celebration Day after the month of Ramadan. We went to this cafe for some refreshment. It was wonderful experience. I asked associate about some sweet, she gave all Gluten Free option as she might know about nutritional restriction which i admire a lot and that is the reason for an extra star.
Coffee latte was creamy and blended well. Cookie has appropriate sweetness with good almond quantity and Chia seeds. Both were incredible combination.
The ambiance was good. On a sunny day I would plan to sit on their patio and my cup of coffee.
