It's rare to find that with a property management company. Good service is invisible so it must be appreciated. From accounting to management, this company does it right. They have helped negotiate contracts with vendors and get us out of bad ones without penalty. I wish I met them sooner to help manage our condo corporation.

Our contact is Patrick and he makes stuff happen on the spot. Every detail is managed and every question gets an answer. Guidance is available as needed. At least that is my / our experience. Yes I absolutely recommend these folks.

Being with Connelly & Company allows us access to contractors who are tried and true in the industry and allows us to keep our costs down. Being a small complex that is a number one priority during these times. We are very happy with Connelly & Company and Patrick.
