AMPM Properties are an outstanding service provider. They took care of my property extremely well and also helped the tenant in a timely manner. Mr. Anand Mishra has always been ready to help whenever we needed. A must to get in touch with for property management.

This company is absolutely horrible. The receptionist is ignorant unprofessional and will argue rather than just allow you to speak to the manager. They allow thi gs to remain unsafe and broken for months, months down the road when they finally do send someone it's a friend to do the job and never completed properly. They are unresponsive majority of the time, the place was uncleaned on move in and the manager had to pay for my cleaning lady to come. Things are left so long health board and landlord tenancy act has to get involved. Save your sanity time and money.

AM PM Properties provided us excellent services. The couple Priya and Anand Mishra were awesome whether we were looking for a good tenant for our house when we temporarily moved to the US or we had to look for an apartment upon our return. They both were extremely prompt, very caring and at times went out of the way to help us. Thanks a lot and keep the good work on.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is absolute trash to work with. We’ve had nothing but problems with this company from the moment we moved in. We moved out and cleaned and had a video of the house clean yet they didn’t give us back our damage deposit. The 5 star reviews on this place are from the staff. Incompetent staff. Thieves. They called my mother in law a b!tch when she went to dispute the deposit. They offered $50 back if she took down her bad review. Unprofessional. Save your money and rent from someone else. You’ll thank me!

Had great peace of mind while renting my house with this property management company. They were very responsive to any questions I had. They also kept me in loop about any maintenance issues and also helped with getting issues fixed quickly making it win win for both us and renters. When we decided to sell Anand was very professional and left us a very happy customer. Highly recommend.

We have been using the services of AM PM properties for the past 4 years to manage our rental property in Calgary, and the experience has been nothing but wonderful. Anand & Priya from AM PM properties took time to listen, understood our needs and got us renters within a month. They are very professional and have a strong customer focus which makes doing business with them a super pleasant experience. They are always available with cost effective solutions/options for any problem/issue. They keep us well informed by sending us emails to keep us updated on any matters related to our property. Highly recommend AM PM Properties to manage your properties or for any real estate needs.

They are nice enough as people but not punctual or very thorough. I scheduled a viewing of a location and the manager came about 30 minutes late and seemed annoyed the whole time I was speaking with him; it didn't feel like he took me serious at all. I had already provided them with my email, but he then asked me to provide him my email again so he could send me the rental application "soon". I had to contact them 30 minutes before their office closed as they never sent the application. The application was then wordlessly sent to me about 30 seconds after I sent them a follow up message confirming its whereabouts. He had told me in the tour that he would contact me the following day letting me know their decision and saying I would be able to put down a deposit then. 2 days later I still had not heard back from them so I sent them another follow-up message to quickly learn they had gone with another applicant; this is fine but they clearly had no intention of actually contacting me to tie up loose ends and let me know that they were going in another direction. The whole experience felt terribly unprofessional as they immediately failed to follow their own word.

I have only dealt with this company as a renter, and cannot speak to the Real Estate Brokerage side, but I would not recommend becoming involved with this company either as a renter, or a homeowner looking to rent out their property. The manager was late for our initial viewing time, and then at a second meeting to sign our lease (where he was once again late), at least two other families were there, expecting to view the property, and were unaware that we were signing a lease. During our initial walk-through, I asked if any further cleaning would be done, and was told that it was ‘clean enough.’ Moreover, through missed phone calls, we were unable to schedule an appointment to have our furnace serviced (which had been initiated by AM PM). The furnace had had two issues during this time, and obviously needed to be serviced. Upon contacting AM PM to set up another appointment (which was during the winter cold-snap), we were informed that it was not necessary to service the furnace, and that if we went ahead and set up an appointment ourselves, it would be our responsibility as renters to pay for it. They informed us that they would set up an appointment and let us know when it was; we didn’t ever hear back, and are very thankful to have not had further furnace issues as I fear that we likely would have been without heat given how slowly they respond to and deal with issues. We were also sent a utility bill for a month that we had already paid for, as well as a month later, a separate notice of missed monthly rent, which we had also already paid, so I question their record keeping. My boyfriend and I are both professionals, who never missed rent, and sought to take good care of the property. Despite what their best intentions may be, AM PM Properties is unprofessional and does not deal with issues in a timely manner, and we were happy/relieved to end our lease with them. One positive note, to their credit, they did return our damage deposit in a timely manner. Also, in looking through their previous negative reviews, I see that AM PM dutifully responds to those (the irony), and I am prepared to have all of my claims denied, but want to make sure future individuals are aware of the experience we had, and what to expect with this company.
