★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was woken up at 11:00pm by the alarm company because the alarm at my business went off. This was all because Sagar Signs was doing work and rattling the entire building, thus, setting off a burglary alarm. Not only were they operating without the appropriate permits (spoke to bylaw immediately) but they were also extremely rude and waved me away when I asked them to stop their work as my alarm, and several other alarms were blaring in the complex. Their response to this was completely unprofessional and they have no care or respect for surrounding businesses. When I informed the men with Sagar Signs that they should be expecting a bill for this false alarm, they said "go ahead, try it. Everyone here knows who we are. Go away" -- I recommend NOT doing business with Sagar Signs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst customer experiences I have had; I had sent a layout and draft to their email. He told me it would be ready in 2 days but it took 2 weeks. I finally received my order and I noticed he had made spelling errors. I had already paid in advance and when I asked him to fix his mistake he was very rude and defensive, refusing to acknowledge his mistake. He would not refund or reprint the signs for me. I even asked him to go 50/50 on the reprint and he refused. Waste of time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had given a big contract out to mr.Sagar since I was out of country and he somehow managed to not secure a big sign on MacLeod trail and the sign is flapping in the wind today. Not recommended his services unless you want your signs to be fallen on the ground in the wind. Also very poor customer service and does not keep his promises.
