★ ★ ★ ★ ★ never does his job on time, lies a lot, most unorganized man of the world, always waits until the last moment, cares about his money only but never cares the client's concerns, if anyone has positive outcome through this office that is just because you are lucky not because he did something. He slept on the chair while my hearing was running. isn't it enough not to trust him? after all, he doesn't want to return the documents.
