However I can now say that I am rather impressed with the management at Carlisle management, specifically Trina! She is extremely efficient and personable. So far the cleanliness of the apartment building is well kept, hope to see this continue. With many floor plans to chose from, the options are endless. I would recommend Carlisle management to my friends/family.

My son can't go to the school because of the elevator. We have a new born baby and my wife can't able to go down with baby and stolar. The elevator is very important things but it's 3 weeks now elevator company can't 8fix it. I don't know how many weeks they need more. I don't understand building management what they're doing thanks city vibe ?

There were a few hiccups along the way, but these issues were rectified quickly to our complete satisfaction. It's very hard for all the residents to go up and down by stairs. In this Building has six floors and lots of seniors, parents with kids live here , so it's very difficult for all of us to live here now.

Not only was she professional and took the time to ensure I was receiving the best customer service, she has an infectious personality and was instantly drawn to her approach. She definitely went above and beyond the extra mile to provide answers to questions I asked and even though she was very busy, did not rush me into making any hasty decisions. In my estimation, Michelle is an asset to Carlisle Group and feel she should be commended for her dedication and commitment to all of her purchasers..Thanks Michelle - you are one awesome, incredible woman and can honestly state buying was a pleasure , when normally it is a stressful time, because of you and your loyalty to your company and clients. Research Carlisle Group you guys, they had to change their name to get away from their shady past like the fact they were once banned from being able to build in Edmonton, or their building downtown that is leaning so badly its ready to fall over, or when they built the building in Coventry they had to jackhammer the elevator shaft out of the building cause they built it too small. This company used to be known as Pointe of View Developments but had to change their name to get away from their shady past. You are better off sleeping on the street then staying in a building built by this "company"

John O'Connor (a sales rep from Carlisle Group) did a terrific job in helping me purchase the condo, especially considering I never bought a property before. Been here for just over a year, and it's been great! We have a good maintenance company, and a great caretaker! And the maintenance fee is reasonable. And to Carlisle Group's credit, they took care of a couple of issues that I had under the 1-year warranty VERY quickly.
