Calbridge Homes - Head Office - Calgary

Calbridge was very professional and knowledgeable on the pre build and design studio. They have kept me updated as my house is getting built. The products they use are top notch. Very friendly and professional sales staff to talk too and ask questions. Highly recommend.

We recently did a build with Calbridge homes and are currently very happy overall. Our design selections made it successfully through to construction without issue. Three particular items of note 1) were the knowledge, helpfulness and responsiveness of sales and design studio team 2) the end build quality/construction of the home, 3) the upgrades that came as standard. I'd certainly recommend building with Calbridge.

Perhaps Alpine Park is overwhelmed or something but their sales staff is not very responsive (takes 3-4 business days for an email response). Further be cautious about the quoted prices as they always go up.

I bought a quick possession home when its exterior construction was already done. I had an option to do all the interiors of my choice. Before going to Calbridge, I went to couple other builders in the community but the response that I received from Calbridge was top notch. Right from the beginning, sales person gave me all the choices available with attached price tags and options. We went to see a few Quick Possessions and model show homes. They explained every details to us. Once we selected our home and had ton of questions, team at Calbridge Sales was lightening quick to reply and clear our doubts. From the beginning, their approach towards us was transparent and fair. Then came our visits to Design Studio. Choices at the studio are wide. Designers were very friendly and showed us different choices and combinations. One thing to note here is, once we submitted our choices, they sent the quote after couple of weeks. So, all in all we spent one month going back and forth in design studio. After the choices were submitted, they restarted the work the home. Every Thursday they sent us progress pictures so we were up to date as to what was going on. It was also helpful in deciding whether it was worth making a trip to view progress personally or not. All the errors that we spotted during this construction time were resolve pretty quickly and without any hassle. Before a week of possession, they gave us a walk through to make sure everything was in place and they noted all the minute errors and fixed them before possession. They them selves were doing their own error findings on that day which was unheard of. All in all, Calbridge was a great experience and I would suggest Calbridge to anyone looking to buy/build a home.

Calbridge Homes has provided us with a best in class customer experience - the true definition of white glove. Although, we are in the early stages of the build we have never been so impressed by a company. Kim, Dominique and Joanna have been exceptional during this process. They are extremely positive, kind, knowledgeable and phenomenal at their jobs. Their attentive attitudes and follow through is second to none and from day one they have made us feel like we are their only customer. Five stars is simply not enough.

Worst experience I’ve ever had was with this builder. Almost built a house with them in Airdrie, but their arrogance and lack of communication amongst themselves (thankfully) stopped us. We were told different things by every department we spoke to - the ladies at the Airdrie showhome telling us one thing- design centre telling us another - then the upper management something different. Just overall unorganized! Their arrogance and lack of professionalism is appalling - acting like they’re doing you a favour by building you a home that you’re paying for! Thank goodness we moved on and found a builder we can trust! I would never recommend Calbridge to anyone.

Beyond disappointing experience with the team at Alpine Park. While it is clear that they are quite busy (just like the rest of the industry), the team was non-responsive and gave different information depending on who you spoke with (which lots were available, which floor plans could go on which lots, prices varying up to 100k, etc.) The first time we visited the show home, they had us write our name on a scrap piece of paper which apparently 'registered' us with them, which meant we couldn't use our real estate agent. Which, while that felt a little dishonest because they never told us, we were very attached to one of the houses and would have moved forward anyway. That was until they let us know that they had allowed a lot hold (by someone else) on the lot we had an appointment to put a hold on. I hope that the incompetent sales team is not representative of the rest of the building process.

Here’s the professionalism of Calbridge. I’m not even one of their home owners and yet they destroyed my back yard. We are Genesis home owners in Bayview in Airdrie and while construction is still ongoing we are living in our house. Yet Calbridge construction workers think it was somehow acceptable they try to run a bobcat after heavy snowfall has melted through 3 Genesis properties and getting it stuck on my property to where it had to be pulled out with a tow truck. That was over 2 weeks ago. Promises it was going to be fixed and nothing. Granted the grading isn’t done but the ruts left behind are horrendous. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
