★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a beautiful new building. We just moved in about 2 weeks ago and love everything from the decor to the soundproofing of the building. At the time of posting this I think there is only one apartment left so if you can, grab it. Now to be fair I do need to mention the one complaint that we have. A week ago the storage units downstairs were broken into and we had a few things stolen from us. BUT!! The building management team immediately set about improving security on the units and did a great job. That's the only reason why this place doesn't get a full 5 from me. All in all, fantastic place to live and we absolutely love it.
