★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Often we go there to visit some relative living in there...the place is aweful, often stinks along the hallways I've never seen anyone cleaning it, the apartment are small and reduced to bear minimum... I'm so glad i own my own place in nw Lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tahlal is not professional at all. He has given my sister so many problems in the past 3 months. They took her rent out 3 times last month, then when she called to talk to him about it he argued with her and laughed at her. I heard everything as the call was on Bluetooth in the car. Now he is trying to make her pay the NSF fees and the stop payment fees. He is not professional at all, I would not recommend him to anybody. So glad that I chose not to go with board walk and went elsewhere........

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thalal is friendly and quick to respond. The place I rented was clean and perfect for my living requirements.
Only complaints are the main floor has a bad smell, and some cabinets have water spots in them.
