We were really stressed after our fridge gave out and she went above and beyond to help, not only to find the right fridge, but she also educated us about them and gave us piece of mind about the quality. I had so many interruptions, and kept her a bit late. But she was still extremely sweet. Smiling the whole time and being so polite, friendly and understanding. I will definitely recommend sending friends and family to this locations. Especially to her!!

The sales rep Steve really knows his stuff and was incredibly helpful. Delivery was painless and professional. We were missing the mounting clips for the dishwasher, this problem was resolved quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a 3 piece kitchen appliance package in 2018 including the 3 year extended warranty. From the beginning I had issues with the range. I had 2 service calls while it was under the manufacturer's warranty and multiple service calls since. My extended warranty is about to run out and the warranty company is telling me that my coverage has been suspended due to nonpayment of service call. Coast Appliance is stringing me along saying that they will look into it. The warranty company won't help me at all. They are all waiting for my warranty to run out but they actually owe me a new range according to the lemon aid part of the warranty. Coast Appliance and the warranty company are crooks-don't deal with them. It will only give you headaches!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dealt with a couple of salesmen here at the store, but ended up sitting down with Kory today and went over options that were in stock in the store/warehouses. He was VERY helpful, candid, not pushy in the slightest, and when they didn't have the item I needed in stock he was actually AMAZING when I simply stated "I need to check stock at one more place to see if I can get what I'd like sooner." "No problem, here's my card and the spec sheets for your other options, thank you so much for coming in."
And then as I left there was a little old lady waiting for him specifically, and he greeted her by name - THAT is customer service.
I'll ben seeing Kory when I need appliances FOR SURE!

He listened to what our parameters and needs were, and we had a frank conversation about our timeline and supply timelines. When we were ready Kory showed up out of nowhere and answered our questions. Asked what we were looking for, our must haves and our budget. He showed us only appliances that suited us and our needs. We are very happy with our dryer and ended up purchasing a fridge as well because of it.
Kory was amazing, friendly and left us alone to make decisions after showing us what we were lookong for.
The baby truck delivered our appliances on time and we're extremely polite and friendly. They went above and beyond and we couldn't be happier!
