★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We needed a new washer and our first stop was Bowest on 32 Ave N. Picked out a unit we liked and then decided to check a few other appliance stores to compare. Ended up being very disappointed and came back to Bowest. Aaron there was awesome in assisting us. Everything was explained clearly and delivery within a few days. Couldn't be happier with the service and staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had such a great experience at the store. Savannah was very patient and kind. She listened to what we needed and were looking for and helped us find appliances for our house. We are remodelling our house and needed good appliances but for a good price and she was able to help us. We got a stove, fridge and dishwasher. I would highly recommend getting your appliances from this place. The staff is helpful and friendly.

I purchased my own washer and dryer from them a few years back and after going back and fourth to various appliances stores, they for sure were #1! Fast track a few years... We needed a new washer at one of the local animal shelters. I reached out to Bowest and they were beyond generous in helping us out with a new machine. Thank you everyone at Bowest Appliance for the great customer support!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband bought a freezer in 2020.after doing all set up it just made weird sound but didn’t work.after so many e mails they finally contacted him back n sent a new one or should i say one in the box but same like older one.The delivery guy while bringing it in dropped it once but quickly picked it up n brought it in .after 6 to 10 hours when i plugged it in it looked like same old one just made sound for the whole night with zero cooling…and since that day till today my husband is just sending e mails (bought it with extra money of insurance) n they are not answering went to shop several times they said go there where it’s been made What ????? We bought it from you ….such a cheater..just be aware 0 star for them..have to give one otherwise can’t post it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ note - if you buy a major appliance from their 'dings and scratches' area and there is a problem of any kind - Bowest washes their hands the second you leave the store. My dryer did not work well the moment I bought it but Bowest told me I could only contact Whirpool. So here I am with a 'new' dryer that doesn't dry well. If I bought it from Home Depot - I could have easily returned the unit. So - buyer beware! I give it 2 stars as the washer I bought from them a year ago works well still - so there's that. Lastly - their tagged prices on dented units are the same as MSRP/box store prices.
