★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to purchase a rc truck, being new to the rc world I had some questions about the trucks. Both staff in the rc area were less than helpful, one was more interested in going for lunch, and the other really didn't seem to eager in helping. Neither offered any information in regards to either truck I was interested in. I also needed a shock obsorber rod and they looked at me like I was crazy, so needless to say I wouldn't waste my time or money in this store. I am most disappointed, as I was quite excited to purchase a 4x4 truck and left empty handed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PM Hobbycraft is my new Michael's, I come here for my 3D printing supplies as my schedule doesn't allow me to go to the local printing supplies store. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable in what they are selling for post processing materials and so on. Definitely recommend to a friend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are regaining my trust, had a rough few experiences over the last few years there. But friday was a solid good experience and the people were actually nice this time. I will be back but model prices are a smidge on the high side for price compared to others in the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is some of the best, very friendly people. My biggest issue is pricing and lack of model train items. Used to have a great selection but not so much anymore as over years i have watched it slowy shrink. Pricing is a little higher than some places in town for some stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A really pleasant staff along with a great selection make PM a great place to shop.
We were looking for a new RC airplane and had done some research online. There is no substitute for being able to hold the product in your hands before purchasing though. Being able to see the product in person, coupled with excellent advice from staff (even a fellow customer joined the conversation) is a far better experience than buying online.
