E	Emilie Ayotte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the people that work here don't know where a lot of the items are, have no idea about what's in stock and what isn't and when you ask for help locating an item they look like deer caught in headlights and keep passing you off on other employees who are equally clueless. It's too bad you don't have any kind if management at this store or an employee who knows anything about the products you sell. Sad SAD customer service. Honorable mention and a shout out to loise! Apparently he's the only employee willing to help locate items! Thanks loise! I hope you inspire the other workers.

A	A K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst shopping experience ever! When we got to the till, the line up was wrapped around the corner and there was only one person working. A manager came out, looked around, and then went back into her office. When I finally made it to the check out after waiting for about 20 minutes, the teller asks me if I get the senior discount! Without disclosing my age, I am many, many, many years away from being a senior citizen. How insulting. I'll never go back to this location.

I went in to get some prints framed and the woman who was helping us scratched the picture with a corner of one of the frame samples, then proceeded to rub at the scratch and around it with her finger completely damaging a whole 2 inch by 2 inch area. Terrible service. She didn't even apologize, she just said "that's never happened to her before". I am appalled and will be steering people away from here for a long time. Art is so expensive and she ruined it so carelessly.

I asked her for a quote on getting some canvas pictures printed. Once she gave me the quote (which did take a while), I agreed to proceed. I went through the process of uploading my pictures for them, and when it was tme to pay, the quote was $130 more than what was quoted. When I asked for the reason, she said she didn't know, and did I want to proceed. Nope... went to London Drugs, got them the next day (Michaels was going to take 3 weeks), amazing quality, and done for a lot cheaper. Don't waste your money to get anything printed there.
I	Iyyc Prints on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been coming to this store from years never had any complaints except yesterday, I went to get some shirts and the CSR there I guess her name was SIMRAN was so rude, no greetings, didn't asked for my account and when I asked can i use my coupon then she was like surprised and looked at me like deer in rain. Anyways, it's a good store but yeah that's what happened. Peace
