Everywhere you look there is a lovely + friendly staff member, a beautiful project on display, and endless opportunities to create. I do a stash trip every few months, and I always leave feeling like I've TREATED myself. From luxury/artisanal yarn to every tool under the sun, to the many different crafts they have on hand, they've got pretty much everything you might need and will definitely want. Love this place!
K	Kim Collins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So impressed with their customer service. I had bought an additional ball of wool for something I was knitting, and it didn't match to the other wool and they refunded all 3 balls of wool which were already knitted. They have my full loyalty.

I am brand new to any knitting or crocheting so I had some interest in what they had in the store but little to no knowledge. After lapping the store once a staff member approached me to ask if we needed any help, I explained I was Christmas shopping for a crocheting family member and she walked me around the store making lots of great suggestions. Even with a budget of $25 I was able to walk out of the store with a lovely yarn soft yarn and very nice crochet hook so I was pleased. If you had a larger budget I could see how you could certainly spend a lot of money here, some bundles of yarn I saw were $38 dollars and the cheapest one I saw was around $9 but I think I missed 1 of the sections of yarn. The staff were great and the store was pleasant to look around with large selections of options. We spent probably 15-20 minutes in the store but we didn’t see everything. I think I will certainly be back in the future to get some supplies or maybe a nice yarn.

They also helped me brainstorm a project with infectious enthusiasm and care. I appreciate all they do and that’s why they are my go to LYS ?
D	Diana McCall on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attended Erin’s sock knitting class and it was worth every penny. She is a great instructor and I finally can finish socks without ears. The entire staff is so talented and friendly. And they have so many beautiful yarns and supplies. I love this store!

I also love that they carry local/Canadian brands. I recently moved to Calgary from Toronto and I’m so glad I decided to give this small shop a try. Will definitely be my go-to from now on :)

They have a great exchange program for unused yarn which I appreciate. They also have a reward program which is fun too! The staff are amazing! They are so patient and very helpful. They answered all my questions and went out of their way to look up tutorials that I could follow more easily since I was struggling. I think their names are Kira and Sam so big thank you to them! They offer that I could bring in my project and they would help me out too! For someone who is a visual and hands on learner I felt so welcome and understood! They made knitting seem way easier and I felt so inspired to knit a project up as soon as I got home ?

A wide range of knitting needles and knitting notions, Laine magazine, and many of the other popular knitting periodicals. Their staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely a 'must re-visit' shop!
