Always available to answer our questions and show us houses the second they came on the market. We always felt like she had our back, and wasn't trying to persuade us to do anything we weren't comfortable with. In all the houses we viewed, she helped point out negatives and positives that we weren't even considering or never would have noticed ourselves, and so knowledgeable with every question or issue that came up. We could not recommend her more, she was the absolute best!

As newcomers, we didn't know so much about the whole process of buying. We worked with Gurmeet Vishram. He is reliable, a good listener, and the most important - very patient. We had a bunch of questions every single day :) Also, Gurmeet refers us to other people: lawyer, condo reviewer, home inspection... all people did a great job. Warm recommendation.
r	richard shilling on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Michael Montgomery is not a real estate agent, in the sense that agency implies a fiduciary relationship ("the relationship wherein one person has an obligation to act for another's benefit"). Michael Montgomery is a real estate SALESPERSON, in that he will take his commission and be on his way, no matter if you need him. We bought a house with Michael as our "agent" and the night before possession, there was a leak in the second floor. Michael told us it was no big deal and that we should do a holdback of $5000 (this insurance claim ended up costing well over $20k). By the time we showed up to see the house, water was leaking from the second floor through to the first floor and the BASEMENT. When we mentioned that we were extremely disappointed that the house was in such a condition, Michael ghosted. As in, no response at all. Not even a house warming gift. The picture with text is what Michael told us the water damage looked like. The other pictures are what we walked in to. So much for a "small leak". Here's the question you need to ask yourself: do you want an agent, or a salesperson, representing you in the biggest purchase in your life?

As a first-time condo buyer, I didn't know much about the condo buying process other than what I could gather from some online research. Michael and Willemina were both extremely helpful in getting me up to speed, and I felt much more prepared when going to look at different units. When looking at condos, Michael was able to provide great insight into the different condo buildings (any issues that had arisen in the past, etc...), which helped narrow down the search considerably. He also asked me great questions during each visit that helped me narrow down what exactly I wanted from a condo, which lead to me finding the one! Even after the sale was firm, they were both very helpful throughout the closing stages and dealt with a couple problems that arose close to the acquisition date. I will be recommending these folks to any future condo buyers I know!
