They were EXTREMELY accommodating, making arrangements to ship to the US almost immediately after my inquiry. It arrived quickly, in pristine condition and is a gorgeous piece of barware. The quality of goods and customer service by Ross made this purchase an all around pleasure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Customer Service and Follow up! I ordered something from the USA to be sent as a gift in Toronto. I figured that it would be easier to order from a Canadian merchant and not have to deal with duties. Jennifer was so helpful, explained that not only would it save on duties, but also significantly on shipping. It seemed like a no brainer. Unfortunately, what I ordered is "made to order" and the company in California that makes the item said it would take 4-6 weeks. Jennifer remained on top of the process and informed me at all times. When the "maker" was still delayed, she followed up with them and again kept me up to date. It took forever to get the gift sent, but this was through no fault of Jennifer's/Lemonceillo and she kept all lines of communication open at all times. I highly recommend this store - and their merchandise is beautiful!

Amazing, jam-packed store in Inglewood with one-of-a-kind/unique gifts and ideas from bathroom to kitchen and everything in between. Friendly personalized service and great stories about everything in there make this a must stop in the area.
Went there over the weekend to shop for a birthday gift with my little guy and Russ was patient, informative and excited to participate in the choices and everything was a huge success!
