We first met Frances at an open house she hosted. We were two first time home buyers that were just in the neighbourhood and decided to take a look. Frances opened the door, welcomed us in, and answered all the questions we had about the home in a very concise and personable manner. We left the open house wishing every realtor carried themselves the way Frances did! Fast forward about half a year later, our house hunting experience was hitting a dead end.
