She was so knowledgeable and I never felt she was trying to push me towards higher end products. The yarn selection was AMAZING. This will be my go-to knitting store without a doubt.

I am wondering why they would stay open if they are so worried about getting sick. I had also asked to be let know when some yarn was back in stock back at the end of January and just received a call that it was in. Then I felt pressured to make a decision because I was told they close in 10 minutes. I work so was unable to get there any earlier. Do they want people to knit and carry on these talents or not?I have received excellent service by a couple of the other employees and have made many purchases here. Not sure I’ll go back now....
A	Anna Mol on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there several months ago and spent several hundred bucks there. I was with 2 kids. They wven had a bin with toys fr customers kids. Tday it was brutal. They ased me how they can help me. I said bin with toys would help a lot. She said that they don't do it during covid time. I said my kids used it in covid time not long ago. They said ,"Because we have to sanitize it after". Then when kids got louder playing wth each other they told me that one of the employee jad to leave and go somewhere because of the kids. And kids are not allowed in there... " Im deeply shoced. There is no note on the door saying no minors or anything like that and wonder if the employee can work as a customer service in the shop where different people come all day long. Is she running out every singe tie she sees kids? Is she allergic to them.? By the way there were 4 employees at this time or some of them are owners... not sure. Never again. Sunds ike discrimination to me :( super upset.

S	Simone Withecomb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will never shop here again. I have had the displeasure of dealing with the same older woman each time I have been in. She is unpleasant, grumpy and unyielding. The customer service is terrible. Not to mention an extreme and unreasonable exchange policy. Go spend you money somewhere that takes customer service to heart.

I went back the next day to return or even exchange for a size I didn’t have. I was told that they would not take them back because I had touched them and they could no longer sell them. I have never heard of a store that would not take back a product because they had been touched. The package was never opened, hence I will not be shopping there again. Too bad because I like the store but not the owner
C	Cathy MacFadden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent a few hundred dollars over this winter at the store, good selection and two of the younger girls were very helpful. Recently, I went in to purchase more yarn and the older lady working at the till was not very nice and border line rude. As a result I will not shop at this store again and will not recommend it to anyone. There is another store in Inglewood where the staff were so helpful especially to someone who is trying to learn and improve. All I can really say, is that if you are having a bad day, do not take it out on the customers, especially if they are not one of your typical Knitting circle
