They are extremely overpriced, bad customer service and took a month when I paid 525 dollars. They were supposed to have it done 2 weeks ago but they "messed up the measurements" and refused to discount. The framing manager was very unprofessional and condescending.
Not a happy customer. If I could give zero stars, I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always fun to stop in and see what's new. Disappointed by disappearing brand name products in the paper crafting dept but if the sales aren't there it's understandable. Melanie is always cheerful and eager to help! Professional and personable! All the staff I've had direct contact with are always willing to help! Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trent Manager at this location is not pleasant. Self important and zero customer relations.
He may know the policies but his attitude is shocking.
He made me feel as if I was stealing, when I not only had my receipt of payment but he had seen me in the store three times in one day.
It not a good advertisement for a craft store
