Staples started misleading customers. I checked one screen samsung monitor 27 inches and price mentioned on display was $149. I told the sale representative that I want to buy it and confirmed the price. He took out the screen, however, when I went for billing that particular screen, sales representative said the actual price is $250 and not $149. I have no idea why they displayed 27 inches screen under $149 price. When they are unable to provide it to their customers. Even Staples denied to match the price. I had bought the same Samsung monitor from best buy.

I was ordering a printer when the site offered me $10 off orders over $100. I used the coupon at checkout and picked this store as a pickup location (it showed 1 in stock). 20 minutes later, my order is cancelled. I order a different printer, but now I can't use my $10 off coupon because it's already been used... on a cancelled order. This is dumb.

Pretty great store but it felt a bit empty. Several shelves not stocked or little to no product on the shelf. Otherwise the staff was great I didn't find what I was looking for though.

I had the BEST experience with Hiral and her team in the printing services department at this Staples! So good that I will undoubtedly be back over and over again, even though it is not the closest location to my house haha. I was new at working with Staple's online printing services interface and was working against a deadline. I sent in the order late but called and asked to leave a note of urgency for the group in the morning. Before opening store hours I received a call from Hiral and her team, who immediately began working to accommodate me, and also offer great solutions to some issues with my order. I was able to pick up everything I needed on time, and it looked fantastic! What phenomenal service, thank you again!!

Not perfect but a passable Staples store. Generally understaffed and the store itself feels slightly unkempt. Not the most pleasant shopping experience as you don’t feel too welcomed and the staff aren’t always around to help with locating products, check item availability, etc. Tech product pricing always seems a bit higher than other stores, but office/school supplies are decent Anna the main draw of this store.

Had one of the worst experiences at this location due to poor management. I went to pick up my order that I had purchased online but did not have my Alberta ID on hand at the time. I had proof of my online order as well as the card I paid with plus other forms of ID at the time. I even said that a family member will bring the ID to show in the next 10 min since I had to go to work but was told no. The person that so happened to tell me was also the "service manager" by the name of J. Shah. Such lack of common sense/ poor judgment made something difficult when it doesn't have to be. Anyhow, the thing that ceased to amaze me was that she was willing to cancel my order to repurchase it there, which meant she has no problem to cancel a random person's order she is not sure about. So apparently you can go in and cancel everyone else's order if you wanted to. When I finally had time to pick it up a couple days after, it so happened the general manager was there and I told him the situation. His response made me realize that it was him that hired/ trained staff to have such poor customer service for something you paid for. Unbelievable. PS. I had 2 orders and both times they forget to demagnetize the item for the alarm to go off. You can't make this stuff up
