I have been trying to rectify a problem with a new cell phone and the two clerks on Sat and Sunday were just great. Today's experience was enough that we won't be back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great place to go. Great deals friendly staff. Their product knowledge is amazing and their service is second to none. It's a one stop shop, toys, computers, tablets or cell phones, games and consoles they have you covered. I also hear they have some really good maple syrup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stopped in yesterday (June 3, 2020) to ask about switching carriers and about buying a new phone. Don, in particular, was very helpful and took his time explaining all of my options. I am very grateful for the time and care taken by him, as well as all of the safety precautions this store has taken in light of COVID-19. Thank you for your dedication, kindness and support! I will be returning for any of my tech in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello, I had a really unpleasant experience at your Perth location. I firmly and respectfully asked to see the store manager and the salesperson tried to go get them, but then came back and said they wouldn't come talk to me. I explained that I needed to return an item due to financial hardship, and firmly asked to see the manager again, but the salesperson mocked me and refused. I firmly and respectfuly asked for the manager's name since they wouldn't come to the door and she said that she wouldn't give it to me. It was very poor customer service. Your return policy should be displayed on the door of the store and it wasn't. It was never explained to me how my item will be refunded. I am super disapointed and will never shop at the source again for my electronic needs. The manager should have handled the situation and come to the door instead of letting her salesperson handle the situation, and the salesperson should not be insulting and mocking a customer. I have worked in retail and this was poor customer service. I am extremely disapointed @thesource!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Twice I have purchased cell phones at this location. My first experience Taylor went above and beyond to get me the phone I wanted from another location. When the phone took longer than expected in shipping the staff was open and clear with their communication and made sure any concerns I had were dealt with.
This past week I bought another phone from Joey and once again received top notch service. In and out quickly and everything clearly explained and dealt with.
This store has some of the best customer service out of any location or other box store I’ve been to. Highly recommend having Taylor and her team handle any of your needs.
