S	Samantha Sinn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the Perth A&W restaurant around 10:20 PM. I came up to the speaker to order and was told immediately that there was no debit or credit. No problem because I had cash. The woman on the other end of the speaker sighed. She then proceeded to tell me that she only had 3 out of the 4 patties I asked for (after saying she had to check if there were any AT ALL). I asked if chipotle chicken wraps were available and she then sighed again and said " I guess I can put one down but it will be a 5 minute wait ". So, I said never mind and pulled ahead. ----- If this woman can’t handle serving customers in the last hour of her shift then she should be talked to because that was a very uncomfortable experience. I work late shifts and needed something quick. I felt very upset after leaving. P.S. I also asked for cheese on my burgers, (I wasn't charged for it) but they came without. This is not the first time I have had bad service from this woman.

S	S Snippe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best onion rings I've had at an A&W in a long time (stopped buying them for my son because they were greasy and over or under cooked at our local restaurant). Glad we tried them at this location. Still expensive imo, but a nice treat. Tried the sweet potato fries too, I've had better, but a nice change. Friendly staff but service was quite slow (only one car in front of us at drive through but in line for several minutes). Everything was hot and perfectly seasoned.
D	Doreen Sweetland on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sharing opinions and judgements on fast food service since COVID is less than fair because of the overall shortage of people willing to work. The few willing workers have to carry the load of staff shortage. A & W seems to have come through this challenge very well. I notice the manager and owner are there more often than not to keep it afloat. Our order was fast, hot and tasty. I also find service at other fast food drive throughs providing good service as well, so before you write negative reviews please allow for staff shortages, be fair and appreciate those who show up. If you are unemployed ask for a resume and jump in to help fix the staff shortages. The Franchisees might be (most likely)are financially holding on by fingernails trying to be alive after COVID, so don't give me the $15.00 hr isn't enough because they could be in the hole trying to stay alive. Also, when thinking about wages think about your education is and what you offer employers to justify higher wages. Congratulations Perth A&W staff for serving fresh, hot food in timely manner in spite of staff shortage and the extra load you carry because of it.
J	Julie Ann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place and I eat a lot of Canadian breakfast specials there which r amazing but on this one day I ordered the breakfast special with coffee, that morning I had to travel for an hour to Ottawa and I was so looking forward to it, my breakfast is ruined without it. Well the lady didn't put it on the order, I never checked till I got my order and then when I asked where my coffee was I ordered she said it is not on the reciept, u did not pay for it. I said I ordered it, it was ur fault. Well she said u will have to go through drive thru again, to spend a dollar because of her fault. I always order a coffee with my breakfast. Well I drove an hour without my one dollar coffee and was upset all the way there. She messed up and should of apologized and gave me a small one dollar coffee. Anyway, whatever. Mostly I love it here.I am a Veteran who just wants her coffee, is that too much to ask for, when I order something I expect to have it on the bill without having to check all the time. But here now I always ask them to repeat my order. Hmmmmmmm, why......fjdjdbxdnfhdhsjf
P	Paul Needelman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent burger w fries and, of course, root beer. This location was modern and efficient however putting signage that says the table is sanitized when 2 are clearly dirty from other meals is cheating. We cleaned our table thoroughly before sitting down. There was a person designated to do it however being thorough is the key to keeping the high standard.
