B	Brian Orser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered online...arrived at the store at the appointed pick-up time. Pizza was ready...paid and walked out. Took less than 5 minutes overall and quality was pretty good. Will do it again for sure!

There are no paper towels or holder for paper towels. So how do you leave without touching the door handle? Not everyone washes their hands!!!

Either by remaking your order or store credit. If you order surfing dinner rush it can take a little longer than you were told for your order to be ready, but it's no big deal. Only complaint is if the management is having a bad day it's obvious when they are serving costumers. If not for that I'd give 5 stars. Overall nice experience, I'll keep going back.

That is the only thing made situation super tight for me to come and order in person, and then wait 15 mins and then eat when I am super hungry.. Ow they serve world's best pizza..love...love...love...
A	Alex Dorward on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad pizza, but even worse customer service. I ordered 3 pizzas and picked them up on a way to a cottage. When I got to the cottage, realized that none of the pizzas I ordered had any sauce on them whatsoever. The cottage didn't have cell reception, so when I left the next day, I called, and the manager said "we can't give you a refund, but we can replace them if you bring them in because we had somebody yesterday claim that the pizza give them food poisoning but they wouldn't bring the pizza in. If you call head office, they will tell you the same thing". I said to him "too late now. I don't need 3 pizzas now". Nonetheless, I went into the store, showed him the pizzas and he said "well, nothing I can do about it. I can send a note to the owner, who owns 13 pizza huts and lives in brampton and ask for a refund." 7 phone calls later, 7 weeks later, I filed a complaint with head office. I called back a week later, spoke to the Manager again, and he said "I saw your complaint in our system, and I sent it over to the owner. It is out of my hands". So either he didn't do it before and lied about doing it 7 times previously, or he did do it and the owner is just not processing the refund. Either way, completely unacceptable. The pizza was also gross. In addition to not having sauce, it was undercooked, and overly oiled. 8 months in - and still have not received my refund.

Manager told me to go ahead and post pictures. He didn't care. Pizza Hut you owe me $52.00
