Our son has traditionally had a very difficult time with dentist appointments and they have completely turned it around for him. He adores locks and keys, and this past visit they went out and bought him two little locks as a prize for after his appointment. The fact that they made a note of this and then went the extra mile to make a little boys day blew us away. Thank you!!!
M	Morgain S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think the secretary is nice but I have been in three times for the same tooth problem and have found no solution with the dentist. The dentist leaves with a gap in gum, broken filling and no way to chew food. Left in pain for months. The dentist argues “ you feel nothing, there is nothing there”! I feel I don’t get dental work done and left to pain and no way to chew food because I’m on ODSP. I’m hoping the dentist can figure out how to fix my teeth as it does not seem to be complicated. They said will can see you in two weeks. Then released me as a patient after seeing this review.

L	Lj Jagai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came in to get a panoramic x ray due to a serious wisdom tooth issue and they instead did X-rays that were designated to show the dentist locations that required fillings and charged us full price for scans we didn’t even come for. We have moved so now driving there takes about an hour there and back so it was a huge inconvenience. We then referred ourselves to an orthodontist closer to us and asked for Dentistry @ Perth to send over the scans that they had referring to the wisdom teeth and they made a big fuss with an undertone of unwarranted jealousy referring to how the orthodontist doesn’t do fillings, which is NOT what we had even come in for in the first place!

Brenda and Shelby were super friendly and kind. Dr.Patel has a natural ability to make you feel comfortable, he was very understanding, and he has a wonderful sense of humour. I have officially found my forever dentist office. The entire experience today was stress free and I’m looking forward to my next appointment. You all were absolutely wonderful!
