β β β β β I still visit this clinic even after almost a year since we moved to a new community. The drive is well worth it. Tami, my dental hygienist, has taken good care of my family's dental needs. She is very meticuluous with our profilaxis and never fails to make good conversation while working. Wait times are reasonable and staff are professional. Keep up the good work, guys and see you at my next appointment!

β β β β β I have been to this clinic for three times. At first time they told me we will take out your Tooth around 400 and the Next day they told me itβs 500 something. I told them I was asked 400 something then they agreed. The last time o went, I was 15 minutes late and there was a blond lady at reception desk and she told me we may not be able to do your root canal today because you were 15 minutes late but they allowed me. Then in the middle of procedure dentist assistant asked me if you want to go to washroom I said yes I want. I went to reception and asked the blond lady to show me washroom. She was very horrible and looking strange at me like I have committed a crime. She said take the keys and go in an abnormal tone. She was wired which made me really uncomfortable. I felt very bad and wanted to go out as soon as I am done. The dentist Dr.Ali and other stuff were very polite and professional. If they canβt manage 15 minutes and act like that with customer than why I should go back to this clinic. In my first visit I waited around 25 minutes in reception and I didnβt complaint. Why they should do like that with patients.

β β β β β My sisters and thier family has been going Saddletowne dental since they opened. They recommended me to go there because I was not happy with my previous dentist. I'm glad I did. Staff are wonderful and friendly. They are very professional and provide exceptional customer service. They do a really good job with cleaning, filings and other issues that may arise- I got invisalign and whenever a button comes off, they are always prompt and able to accomodate me to come in on the same day. Overall, I would highly recommend Saddletowne dental- they will keep your teeth super clean, healthy and beautiful.

β β β β β I have been to this clinic for years with my whole family but after pandemic their service is not been the same.
New staff is not as professional as previous they called me to book an appointment for cavity filling while I donβt have any cavity thatβs what the dentist told me on my last check up a month ago.
Canβt trust them anymore they just want to charge for the treatment that doesnβt need to be done.

β β β β β I wish I could give 10 stars, amazing people,best customer service and best Dentist I have ever visited. 1st thing when I entered the clinic in full mask but the lady at the reception named Cora recognized and called me by name and was the nicest and polite lady(very professional)and the Doctor Ali dhanji was the best person worked on my daughter's teeth,he made my daughter very comfortable and asked all the time if she is even feeling slight discomfort.Overall I will say best place to go.Good job.

β β β β β Extremely unprofessional! They booked us into two separate appointments for an hour each to spend more time on scaling - the same service that takes other dental offices 1 hour in total. Not recommended at all!
FYI: If you do plan to go to them anyway, ALWAYS ask for an estimate upfront to save yourself from grief later.
