I went there and I provided my insurance card and asked them could you check with my insurance it's covered or not. After checking with my insurance lady told me yes your insurance is covered everything. After that they did exam and other stuff. At the end I asked them do I need to pay any thing and they said no. After two months on October 4, I received a letter from clinic and they are threatening me. You have a remaining balance $275 pay this money otherwise we will send your information to the collecting agency. I went there next day and I asked them what is it. The Lady who's name is Poja she talked with me very loud and shouted. She said your insurance didn't covered this amount and now you have to pay this amount. We don't know about any thing. I am suggesting to every one don't think to go there. Find out something elsewhere.
N	N S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to love this place and had referred many of my family and friends to them as well. This place was unique, as the owner was hardworking and honest person. Ever since this place got too busy and out of control for the owner and employees. The rates have gone up and the quality of services have gone down. They do not follow AB Guideline rates, so you have to pay a lot more out of your pocket. The reason they gave me was that the other guys pretend to follow guideline rates, but overcharge on cleaning units and stuff…well, that would be stealing/dishonest on their part – you are just making up stories and judging others. They will try to take X-ray on every visit, just to make more money. X-Rays are radiations, you do only when you absolutely need, but these guys use that as a money making machine – kids are not spared either. I tried to tell them that we do want x-rays for kids, they got very upset. Unfortunately, money comes before any respect for health or well-being. Dr. Zung used to own up on the mistakes by his clinic, but now he goes full defensive and accuse the patients back – read his replies below. I advise him to learn from their mistakes, apologies and move on by addressing that issue to your staff. Don’t bite the hand that is feeding you. Instead of writing a wall of text, just say “we are very sorry, please come back and we’ll do our best to correct the issue going forward”; how hard is that? Respect your bread and butter providers. Their prices here are really reasonable compared to a lot of places I've been to. I live in the NW quadrant of the city and this place is worth the travels. All the staff here are super friendly and helpful; I have recommended a lot of my friends to come see them. Dentist Dr. Hor-Tak Zung and Hygienist Divya Sehgal is who I usually see when I go there (both are great!). If you are a coffee/tea lover who has tough stains on your teeth, Divya is the go to gal to get rid of those tough stains for you. Overall, I highly recommend this dental centre!

The dentist made sure he explained the process to me prior to the procedures. Cleanings are always tremendous. I highly recommend this clinic.

I was very impressed with Karen the dental hygienist and the dentist. They were patient, throurogh, kind and very friendly. Even with covid-19 they were able to still remain personable even behind masks. They were clean and followed regulations. I took a chance on this place as many other dental offices couldn't get me in for a week, they were able to get me in right away. My only complaint is they don't do orthopedics, but with that said they kindly referred me and gave greag suggestions to helping with my overall oral care. So 5 stars hands down! Thanks for the great experience. We will see you again
