me & my friends tried every meat shop in Calgary but only Dhaliwal meat shop is the one who don't have any COLOUR or MSG in their marination otherwise most of the meat shops use colors, try & u will see the results by yourself ??
my friends tried marinated fish pakodras, medium spicy wings, Dhaliwal special chicken & Malai chicken tikka.
