About Saddletowne Optometry
Your Vision Health is important to us, and here at Saddletowne Optometry we are dedicated to help educate and provide our patients with a great experience and a full understanding of their vision health.
Established in 2007, we are a Medical Optometry Clinic deep in Northeast Calgary. We are located in the Saddletowne Circle inside the "Saddletowne Dental" building, with easy access to Calgary Transit, we are a 5 minute walk away from the Saddletowne Train Station. We see patients from various communities in the Northeast: Saddleridge, Savannah, Taradale, Martindale, Coral Springs, Castleridge, Falconridge, Cityscape, Redstone, Skyview and more!
We have two Optometrist's on site for your convenience, One of the two being fluent in Punjabi.
Since our establishment, we are known for providing patients a "friendly" and "knowledgeable" experience during their visit. We hope to continue to provide all our patients with the knowledge and services their eyes deserve!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter had an appointment at this clinic. We showed up and signed in at reception. The clinic was unusually crowded and full. They were running behind and there were also a lot of people ahead of us waiting for their turn. After waiting for almost 1 hour and still lots of people ahead of us, we decided to leave.
Next time I went to their clinic I found out that they had charged me the $30 cancellation fees and they wouldn't see us if we didn't pay the fine. Although I hadn't cancelled. I did show up! But the clinic was running way too behind. Which is is fine, I understand that sometimes it happens. But they shouldn't have charged me the fee. When I talked to them about it, they said that I should've talked to the doctor on the same day and refused to help. They have just lost 4 patients. I'll take my business elsewhere.
