★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place ever! I've just found out that the reason I haven't been able to read is because the reading part of my lenses had been cut off when the lenses were made!! First, without taking into account my peripheral vision, the lenses were made with narrow vision. I had asked for NO ANTI-GLARE. I got that. I'm so disgusted. But, now I have an excellent Optometrist and was fitted by a skilled optician.

They have lot of choices for the frames and trust me first time in my 7 years in ?? i got the accurate checkup and right frame for my eyes .
Definitely recommend this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girl has her new glasses there. Kris the optician is very professional and the place has a great warranty and insurance program. My girl needs smart or anti-fatigue plus high prescription high index anti reflective transition lenses and the place has reasonable price for the lenses and there is great selection modern style good quality frame that starts from $89 plus. I shopped a few places likes Walmart, Costco, Golden optical, and FYI doctors and decided on this place. I will recommend this place and do yourself a favor to check it out before you make your final decision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did a terrible job finding with the glasses of my wife and myself. The frames that we tried fitted okay but when they actually arrived with the lenses, they did not fit at all. My wife glasses frame would not sit proper on the nose, they would just slide off. Mine would make squeaking noise when just held in hand. They said they could not do anything to fix them. Mine is still okay but my wife's glasses are completely useless as they do not even fit.

This clinic is only in it for themselves they offer no support to customers. I went there and paid $100 for a full comprehensive eye exam to ensure they checked my eyes completely. They gave my prescription without PD measurement. I called and requested it, they told me that they only give that measurement if you’re buying glasses from them. I explained I understand they want to keep business there, but when your frames are double the price you just can’t win. She refused to help and eventually said she was going to ask the manager. Put my on hold for a minute and came back telling me they will measure my PD for $20. I told her no out of principle. 8 hours later, I received a call from them. I thought maybe they wanted to make it right. Some lady called and said she spoke to management and they will measure it for me for $60. I told her that it was $20 earlier today, and she said no that’s not right. They have lost my business and I recommend no one go there either. It’s not a wholesome way of doing business

I’ve been wearing glasses for the past 15 years and it’s the first time I felt like I got a pair that fit me so perfect something that I wanted not something that was sold to me. Ms Shveta was way above 5 stars, prices like none in the city and the service was beyond imagination can’t believe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience at this place. A phone screen blew up in my face and I had to get my eyes checked for glass. They were available late in the evening short notice for a walk in and did a full dye test no charge (I had my insurance). She was very friendly and patient with my questions and did a gentle and thorough job. The store was clean and well kept. I would recommend this place.
