★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visit there yesterday and she did bad job for my hand nails. They are not professional and not interacting with clients. They are talking in their own language with each other and just want to finish the job. I asked them I don’t like the nails tou are doing and then she call to the other staff 3-4 people and talking in own language even i was not able to understand them. They charge me $70 for pedicure and nails. Really bad job and unprofessional. This was my first and last visit there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went as a walk in customer early around 10am! Great service and didn’t have to wait for even 15 minutes! I had pedicure service there! The aesthetician was very professional, nice with good massage skills. Only part I would have liked if they have female nail paint aesthetic! It was uncomfortable for me to have a man touching my feet and nails! Probably I’m not used to it. I would prefer and voice out for female aesthetician for painting nails. I apologize if it caused inconvenience! Overall I would go back again?? great pricing for all services!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place us clean, bright and airy. Staff was friendly and efficient. But the actual pedicure was not great. The emphasis seemed to be on getting people in and out in record time. The old nail polish was not cleaned off properly, I had to tell the technician to go over the mails again with a cuticle remover, and the nails were trimmed with no eye for uniformity. Plus, at $45 for pedicure and shellac, it's not cheap. Not a fan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great way to start the day off pedicures with mum and the nail fill and a manimaticure :):) It's like being part of a family when you come in friendly staff clean establishment and staff that cares about u and puts you first made my day! As I will continue being a customer there as well I would recommend this place before anywhere else

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible experience. Went in for manicure for myself and my mom. The man that started doing my nails straight up told me “I don’t know how to do nails” when I questioned why he was doing my nails If he didn’t know he then stopped and another lady took over.
They charged my mom for a manicure and didn’t do the manicure when she pointed it out that they didn’t clean her cuticles they told her she didn’t say manicure (even though they charged for it). The female owner then came over to my mom and started explaining loudly that we never asked for manicure. When they did the manicure (on top of the polish) they had applied the polish then proceeded to clean the nail!!! They still charged an extra $10 on top of the $150 we already paid all because they said we didn’t mention 2 manicures. I would ZERO stars if I could. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST unless you want to just waste your money and have the owner yelling in your face In front of other customers. It was our first time here and it’s definitely our last! Just horrible!

All I have to say is that if the owners/workers are responding like this (added photo or you can look through yourself) then they seriously need to consider another career because clearly customer service is not their strong suit. Will never be going here or ever recommending it. Be better and do better. I would never treat my customers like that and I would never handle criticism that poorly. Very showing of your management skills
