First time visiting Tulip yesterday and it is a beautiful salon. However, I’ve been seeing Breanna for years to get my hair cut and coloured! She’s my go to girl and highly recommend her to everyone!

Breanna was super accommodating with scheduling my appointment around my work schedule. She was friendly and warm, and took all my ideas into consideration while offering professional recommendations as she saw fit. I have had a few bad hair cuts recently and she made me feel so confident in her skills and abilities. Breanna is awesome and I can't wait to get some highlights from her soon!

I’ve been going to Tulip Hair Salon for the past year and I will keep on going, the three times I’ve gone I’ve had an amazing experience. Last time I got my hair done by Breanna and she did such a great job! She retouched my highlights and haircut. We did have a schedule issue but she resolved the issue so it could work for both of us! 5/5 would recommend.

I HAD THE WORST HAIR COLOR!!! So, I wanted to get my hair done for my birthday and I only had a few days so I couldn’t really get an appointment at a different salon. I had contacted tulip hair on Instagram and sent them picture of my hair, details and what I wanted. They said we can do it and booked an appointment. I went to the salon and the stylist told me upfront that she couldn’t do the color I wanted because it will take sessions (which was fine with me) she said she would do brown. I specifically mentioned that I don’t want yellow or brassy and asked to go for medium brown than light to avoid that. I even confirmed when she was going to tone my hair. Anyway I couldn’t tell while it was wet. I asked me some layers which I didn’t like either. It was 6pm and I could tell she was rushing. She could see that my hair didn’t turn out good (she first told me haircut will be $60 but then said it’s free) I appreciate their time and called next day thag I didn’t like the hair and it’s not what I wanted. She said well it’s because I kept changing my mind and was rude. But she said I can come on and they can tone it for me. I’ve been to different salons but this has been the worst experience and A TOTAL WASTE OF $300+ dollars. It literally looks like streaky & cheap highlights (no where close to what I wanted). I will update all pictures after my toning appointment since they had to reschedule. I wish I hadn’t got my hair done for my birthday from this place!

Colleen is amazing! She fixed a bad cut and made it so beautiful that I wished I could go out for dinner! She is a very skilled stylist.

Very bad experience! I would never recommend that. I heard the owner is never there and the people working there are struggling with customers. I went there in December and my visit was very unpleasant. They bailed on me and when I was there for my appointment the store was closed and no one ever bothered to call me and inform. If you want to grow your business you need to be there helping the staff and customers. Moreover, when I went there to get my facial done mid last year I saw they used expired products on me which I wanted to complain to the owner but again she was never there. I will escalate it to Health Services as this is not acceptable. How could you do that to your client and also when we are sitting right in the middle of a pandemic.

Made appointment through Groupon and Facebook for 1230 Saturday. Arrived and location was closed. Tried to call and line is constantly busy(probably left off the hook intentionally). I emailed and sent message thru messenger and no replies. Very disappointed and very unprofessional. They dont even have hours posted on the door, just a useless phone number
